1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the wafa888 platform ("Platform") and you ("User"). This Agreement applies to all games, football betting, financial services, and related services available on the platform.

3. Account Management Rules

3.1 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details — username / phone number and password — confidential and secure. Do not share your account login details with any third party. wafa888 will treat all activity carried out on your account as having been performed by you.

3.2 Account Verification

wafa888 may at any time request a copy of your ID or other supporting documents to verify your personal information. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Please understand that this is done for security and legal compliance purposes.

3.3 Unilateral Action

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

For any payment method, the minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

For withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Once a withdrawal request is approved, the transfer will normally be processed within approximately 15 minutes to 2 hours. In cases that require further review, this timeframe may be extended.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility Conditions

• Only payment methods that you personally own may be used for deposits.
• If you wish to withdraw funds that include bonus money, the bonus wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal is permitted.
• Account verification must be completed.
• The requested amount must be consistent with the Kyat transaction records.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at wafa888, you can receive a 120% bonus — up to 500,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks; to withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25 times has been met. For example — for a 500,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 500,000 × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks. 5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• Different promotions cannot be combined and used at the same time — one promotion must be completed before selecting another.
• Whether the wagering activity qualifies will be confirmed by wafa888's review findings.
• If wafa888 finds that a bonus was obtained through misuse, the bonus may be voided and any remaining balance may be reversed.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

In the wafa888 VIP program, weekly cashback is available based on your tier level: Bronze — up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%. VIP tier progression is based on your play history and is reviewed by wafa888.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Validity

All games available on wafa888 — football betting, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots, crash games, 2D/3D lottery — can only be played using Myanmar Kyat. Every action must be taken with genuine intent. Any winnings resulting from a calculation error (caused by a game software fault) may be voided by wafa888's decision, regardless of the amount.

6.2 Game Disconnection

If a connection is lost during a game due to a network dropout, server failure, or battery running out, the outcome will be determined based on wafa888's server logs, and that decision is considered fully valid.

6.3 Jackpot and Large Wins

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Opening duplicate or linked accounts ("Multi-accounting")

• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering
• Intentionally exploiting a known glitch or error in the game system

12. Amendment Provisions of This Agreement

wafa888 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendment takes effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Notice of changes may be given in advance where possible, but it is the user's responsibility to read and stay informed. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment is made constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
